Friday 27th July saw the BBC perform testing to their analogue transmitter network. | |
From 1970, an export copy of "The Golden Shot" brings this glorious fanfare of an ITC style of programme. Wonderful.
BBC1 Closedown from 1994, with National Anthem...
This Channel 5 logo is the ident for the distributors of the video, published in 1986. 11 years later came the real Channel 5! Channel 5 Video were bought-out by Polygram Video in the early 90's. Finally, so far I found this ident from 1990, taken after the merger of BSB and Sky. And to follow suit, The Movie Channel, coming from BSB, post merger. This is the amount that I have been through so far, however there are still many hours of searching to do, with many hundreds of video tape! Check back here often to see an update!
