2024 - Deadlines

Deadlines are going to be tight in order for us to produce a 57'40" Top 10 audio countdown of the most requested songs in hospitals across the UK during 2024 in a timely manner.

We would like your support towards the delivery as soon as possible.  The following schedule applies...

• 31st December 2024- contributors should decide whether they should contribute by this time

• 00:00 Saturday 18th January 2025 - final day for receipt of postal/paper copies of data, final day for receipt of electronic data.  Chart is produced overnight.

Audio Production deadlines...

• Saturday 18th January 2025 AM - studio production of chart made

• Sunday 19th January 2025 PM - post-production

• Monday 20th January 2025 - first copies mailed out on CD format (as requested)

  • these are embargoed for use until Monday 20th January 2025, 10.00pm

• Monday 20th January 2025 10pm - MP3 copy of studio production made available here.  Size should be around 79Mb; specs: 192kbps CBR MP3, Stereo.  Other formats available upon request.

  • Top 40 will also be published at this website on this date.
